Store Keeper Nov 7th 2013, 09:18 GENERAL-LOGISTICS/DISTRIBUTION • Receives stores and issues supplies, materials and spare parts and compiles records of supply transaction aboard. • Verifies that supplies/materials received are listed on requisition and invoices. • Airways bills booking in airport for exports and imports. • Manage and arranging film and publicity material for QATAR and . • Issues/dispatch film and publicity material as per Cinema request. • Inventories supplies and materials at the end of each voyage. • Perform physical audits within the warehouse and maintain accurate records. • Work on computerized inventory system, post daily transactions, run reports and understand and perform data entries. • Coordinate with the accounts department with regards to film related matters. • Coordinate with the Graphics Department with regards to all publicity material/ads. • Coordinate with the subtitling department with regards to the new film received for censor. • Assist store helpers and operator to ensure smooth operations. • Responsible for safeguarding the finances, property and transport of the company. • Knowledge about the on line Export/Import and Chamber Of Commerce for the on line shipments F&B • Assisting in safekeeping and the issuance of food products. • Maintaining all Food storerooms clean and in compliance with the company regulations and guidelines. • Participates in the loading and storing process of all food inventoried items. • Ensures segregation of goods based on pick lists. • Disburses merchandise from the storerooms following the pick-up times established in the Internal Requisitioning Timetable for Food Department. • Responsible for assisting in maintaining proper rotation of merchandise using FIFO (first in - first out) procedures and for monitoring shelf-life of all Food Products. • Responsible for monitoring proper temperatures of all Food storerooms. • Responsible for reporting spoilage and breakage of inventoried items. CONSTRUCTION/FITOUT • Keeps stock records, receives, stores and issues material, supplies, tools, parts and equipment for installation, construction and/or maintenance of a water distribution system. • Loads and unloads supplies and other materials; operates a variety of material handling equipment and performs other related work as required. • Fills supply requisitions and assists buyer to order adequate construction materials and supplies. • Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential files • Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
