1. Administers compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
2. Advises managers on organizational policy matters, HR procedures and policies
3. Allocates human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel and job requirement
4. Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel
5. Develops recommendations for improving the organization's personnel policies and practices.
6. Analyzes training needs to design employee development and health and safety programs.
7. Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee turnover.
8. Implements procedures and regulations according to the labor law.
9. Identifies staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
10. Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
11. Facilitates change in organization to help transition all levels.
12. Forecasts future staffing and organizational needs.
13. Develops new programs to attract and retain staff.
14. Motivating and identifying the best people for the job.
15. Knowledge in principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits
16. Knowledge of Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
17. Monitors & manages all residency visa requirements in coordination with the relevant authorities.
