About the Job:
We are looking for a Service Administration Assistant to join FAMCO's Service Support Team with service administration capability to provide support to FAMCO's UAE and overseas operations.
Job Specifications and Requirements
* All administration duties relating to the day-to-day operation of the Service Department;
* Maintenance of various databases and records;
* Submission of accurate reports and information to Senior Management;
Work Order and Invoice preparation and submission;
* Recording and booking of Technicians' hours;
* Purchase requisitions from suppliers;
* Expense and petty cash claims;
* Obtaining Purchase orders from customers;
* Follow-up and collection of payments from customers;
* Travel requests and assistance with obtaining necessary Technicians' passes and approvals for offshore/Government installations;
