As part of our growth, or Dubai office is seeking a highly motivated individual to work as Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher.
You will focus on the local (UAE), regional (MENA) and international marketplace (Europe and APAC) dealing with client requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Research each client, or internal assignment to identify candidates and deliver project objectives
Source and shortlist candidates according to client's requirement
Conduct interviews, technical assessments with prospective candidates
Manage job advertisements to develop and expand the candidate base
Maintaining the candidate database and network in your specialist market
Maintain relationship with candidates to ensure sustainable cooperation
Assist Account Director in managing recruitment process
