ACTIVITIES
Annual training program
-Coordinate the preparation and implementation of the annual training program and its adaptation to prepare individual programs, Prepare the affiliate training budget and manage the related cost split and analysis
-Follow up and implement the compulsory HSE Matrix
-Collects training needs and recommendation from EIA and in collaboration with the managers, participate in the analysis of skills evolution needs, define and organize the necessary training actions
Training implementation and follow-up, and implementation
-Benchmark, identify and select the appropriate regional providers for all management and communication training
- Implement common training programs with other companies and Total subsidiaries
-Find and propose alternative training centre for cost optimization Follow-up the training cost (consumption vs budget),
-Ensure training logistics, booking of trainings, follow-up of Services Orders and book where applicable, the training facilities.
-Ensure evaluation and selection of external lecturers, supervise and assess external instructors and programs
-Assist in the follow-up of Medical Check-up
-Monitor and update the training data, prepare all related statistics
TATWEER Program ( For Emiratisation developmet )
-Coordinate and support HR team in the execution of TATWEER Program, consisting in the integration & development of personnel, with a special follow-up of UAE Nationals.
-Coordinate with HQ for Group integration and development program
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
-Emiratization plan, cost optimization, logistic constraints for offshore population
-Regular interaction with various levels of Company personnel, focal contact for offshore management, coordination with others subsidiaries, Total Group and E&P branch for training abroad
-Wide range of training categories and suppliers (local and worldwide),
ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Ensure the consistency (versus both technical and personal development needs) of TABK training plan in accordance with HSE company objectives and policy, within the defined budget
-Follow-up of training plan completion and all others unplanned training initiatives from TABK departments
-Arrange the logistics involved in providing successful trainings and guaranteed the quality delivered to the to the incumbents by the right follow-up and selection
