Established in 1971, Trading Enterprises is the exclusive distributor of Volvo, Chrysler and Dodge products in the UAE. In addition, it is the Distributor of Jeep in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Across Sales, Service & Parts operations, Trading Enterprises employs in excess of 250 people and will continue to grow as the business expands through 2010 and into 2011. The division currently has eighteen outlets across multiple locations and is looking to broaden its geographical footprint to include additional Emirates. The corporate office is situated at the heart of Dubai Festival City's Automotive Park.
About the Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Supervisor to work for Trading Enterprises Dubai based operations.
As Service Supervisor your primary responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:
* Workshop capacity planning and loading to maximise output from technicians and meet committed vehicle delivery schedule.
* Optimising productivity, efficiency and workshop output and review for continuous improvement
* Reporting of all critical technical problems to the Technical Support Manager for assistance.
* Monitoring maintenance and upkeep of workshop and equipments
* Follow up on parts not available and VOR cases.
* Reviewing and approving warranty jobs and minimising warranty waste through process audit.
* Identifying training needs for technicians and have development plan for their career progression.
* Develop Multi skill technicians and minimise turnaround time.
* Minimise workshop consumable costs through control measures.
