Job Purpose:
Responsible for end to end development of policies & procedures of different area of banking. Responsible for controlling all the policies and procedures of the bank.
Agree Service Level Agreements and Turn Around Time with the concerned department for optimum efficiency of FTE's
Principal Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Analyze, develop and ensure automation of new policies and procedures for the bank in coordination with process owners of the department.
Research and evaluate proposed policy /procedural changes and recommendations submitted by other departments to determine appropriateness and impact upon current and future operations.
Coordinate meetings with various departments to clarify issues, identify responsibilities and determine impact of policy / procedural modifications and, in general, facilitate the timely development of new and revised procedures.
Assist with special projects at management's discretion relating to forms development, online applications, reporting functions, etc. which impact and add value to the department.
Assist in implementing and monitoring Operations Risk Management.
Responsible for conducting special projects, such as Automation and Business Continuity Plan exercises with regards to policies & procedures.
Providing periodic updates to Senior Management Team and facilitate Project Steering Committee meetings for critical decision making and approvals.
Actively participate in testing of banks systems in close co-ordination with IT department and the concerned department and to bridge the gaps; if any in the system.
