Purpose:
The function of this job is to manage and develop the annual performance management of Saudia Cargo staff on a timely manner meeting HR objectives.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Builds, directs, manages, and ensures implementation and effectiveness of Performance Management system.
• Implements a performance management process that leads to a positive and measurable impact on Saudia Cargo objectives.
• Researches and designs appropriate performance training. Coordinates performance management for all levels of management and employees. Trains and certifies in-house performance trainers for various performance training programs.
• Collaborates on the design of the information technology infrastructure required to support a statewide performance system. Ensures needed data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed, and makes recommendations for future improvements based on the data.
• Prioritizing and overseeing activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Being a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, well-versed in finance and accounting terms, latest industry trends, and applicable external factors.
• Developing detailed work plans, directing project teams, delivering status, and managing to budget.
• Transfers the acquired knowledge to his subordinates, in addition to saving the development opportunities and training courses to raise the standard of their job abilities.
