About Your Job:
As a Briefing Officer you have to oversee a range of integrated processes to support Cabin Service Director's and Cabin Senior's during pre-departure and post-arrival phases of their duty to ensure highest standard of customer service is delivered in-flight. To conduct an effective pre-departure briefings and ensure that the correct and relevant flight briefs are ready and available when a Cabin Service Director/Cabin Senior reports for a flight.
About You:
You should be Educated to A level or equivalent and if you have a recognized degree in hotel or hospitality management would be ideal. Experience of minimum of 3 years in the customer service/hospitality industries in a supervisory role is preferred.
Cabin crew with any international airlines for a minimum of 3 years, completing at least one year in a supervisory role will be given preference
You are required to have excellent professional presence, people management including strong facilitation skills
