About the Job:
The Software Developer would be responsible for:
* Developing Reports in window based and web based applications
* Developing Genesys IVR in Genesys Studio 7.x or Composer 8.x
* Integrating applications with backend system using web servers etc
* Responsible for Requirement gathering, Development and testing
* Interacting with customers in on-site
* Providing support for project implementation & documentation
* Training to customers on system usage
* Prioritizing workload to maximize productivity and minimize customer downtime
* Reporting to the Technical Manager
