The Role:
The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible to support the monitoring infrastructure in delivering and maintaining the system management event monitoring capabilities. The role will ensure that the monitoring infrastructure will integrate the necessary functionalities to monitor that the quality of the services offered by Alshaya is compliant with service specifications for all global entities. The Engineer will work in cooperation with Technical and Operational staff across the IT groups ensuring that monitoring capabilities are optimal to meet with operational needs.
