Reports to: Senior Retail Manager
Accountable for:
• Training material including and not limited to Onboarding & Bra certification program UAE & GCC for all store-level associates.
• Facilitating communication between Brand Principles training department and Liwa
• Partnership with Brand Principles directly to align on information to be used and cascaded.
The Role:
Delivering training and driving a consistently high standard of knowledge and understanding throughout our store teams to support the brands aggressive growth plans.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitating the training by coordinating trainees, dates, venues, and all the logistics involved with the HO support teams and Operations managers, Area Manager and store managers.
• Delivering onboarding training to new staff on customer service, selling skills and product knowledge
• Maintaining trackers/records of training sessions received by trainees.
• Monitoring & evaluation of training in co-ordination with Operations & Area Managers, store managers & Country managers
• Maintaining inventory of training kit/stock/ materials, managing training budget.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date training and personal development plans for all staff
• Ensure training targets are met and maintained in accordance with current legislation
• Deliver appropriate training programmes in accordance with legislation and current
Industry best practice
• Monitor staff through training programmes ensuring personal and organisational targets
are achieved
