Operations Manager (Educational Group) May 22nd 2013, 07:39 An educational leader shall be responsible for effectively directing a group of schools up to the ultimate international educational standards, including managing policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure the maximum effectiveness in all operations aspects of the schools. Main duties: 1. Leading the schools directors to ensure applying effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the schools, including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations. 2. Evaluate and supervise curricular and instructional effectiveness and student performance using data driven, technological resources. 3. Oversee all fiscal management decisions and insure the decisions are in line with the strategic vision and plan for the schools. 4. Oversee recruitment process and retain high quality staff with particular attention to staff development with emphasis on continuous improvement. 5. Ensure compliance with all prevailing laws, Build and maintain effective relations with the concerned authorities.
