About The Role:
You will be responsible for processing supplier payments, reconciling supplier accounts and queries, as well as handling income booking/reconciliation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the check payment status and pulling the supporting documentation from files/vouchers and extract statements.
You will be responsible for handling day to day inter-company reconciliation and checking on transactions for management information, responsible for month end closing and will follow up on AR outstanding and limits on the Financial system. You will also maintain debtors aging updates on overdue accounts and update inventory data / information in our Financial system.
