Purpose / Mission:
To ensure sustainable and profitable sales growth of adidas stores in his area.
Key tasks:
Functional:
To provide administrative support to the senior team with the focus on implementing and improving operational practices and procedures
To utilize ongoing communication to achieve the annual operating plan by carefully collecting and analyzing information and tracking activities of adidas stores.
To screen correspondence and enquiries and respond or re-route as directed by the retail manager.
To identify any store risk or challenges in sufficient time to take corrective action and to help guide behaviors in the agreed direction
To implement and manage the necessary communication strategy for the timely report of product information to company buying team.
Personnel:
to staff most suitable persons in direct report positions in alignment with functional superiors.
to set operative personal objectives, targets, guidelines and assess all reports.
to develop the functional, methodological, interpersonal and personal skills of direct reports on the job.
to manage store staff as a team.
to ensure implementation of retail training programs provided by the company in own store.
Controlling:
to measure progress on own KPIs
to report to all superiors along MIS guidelines
to monitor all reports
to plan store budget
to monitor and report on local retail market trends and competitors
