Assistant Store Manager - S.O.S. HR Solutions Jan 21st 2013, 11:54 •    Following major responsibilities of Store Managers are to be shared (during store managers' absence): - Ensuring Customer Satisfaction - Ensuring proper stock levels - Ensuring all events happen as per the Event calendar - Ensuring timely and error free Reports from the stores - Ensuring Stores administration and dealing with Staff issues •    Generation and in depth discussion, review and taking corrective actions on the Following Reports: - Top Selling suppliers - Top selling special kit units. - Budgeted vs. actual sales - Daily Sales Report - Walk in and conversions etc. •    Optimize sales in line with company budgets. •    Achievement of budgets •    Ensures store administration is going smooth in absence of store manager •    Minimal stock losses. •    Focusing on ageing stock - to ensure minimum ageing stock. •    Store Maintenance as per international retail standard.
