We are seeking a high-performing, results oriented individual who has a passion for selling in western province. Prior and documented success in a self-motivated sales environment is a must. We offer a very competitive commission/pay structure.
Responsibilities:
1 -Dealing with consultants, Clients and main contractors, Familiar with AutoCAD drawings.
2- He will be responsible for project selling to clients/consultants and EPC contractors
3- He should have working knowledge to design (though we have Autocad draughtsman to design the laboratory furniture.)
4- He should have experience in sales of laboratory furniture. He should be able to read construction and lab furniture drawings and should be able to co-ordinate services such as drainage, water, electricity and gas with the civil contractors.
6-Position is a sales role and the target segment is wherever laboratory furniture is required such as in Schools, University, Hospitals, Industrial Labs, Research lab etc.
7- Responsible in Sales, Marketing and Business Development of Laboratory Project Business.
8- Manage existing and/or new clients and the overall project sales cycles.
9- Prepare sales proposals and conduct presentation for clients.
10- Work closely with clients and contractors, and to plan and coordinate resources, project schedule and budgets.
