CNC PROGRAMMER (SAUDI NATIONAL) - Zamil Steel Industries Jan 19th 2013, 10:22 Job Purpose: Under the supervision of the CNC Coordinator, perpares the Computer Numeric Code (CNC) data for beams, plates and angles in coordination with CNC Coordinator. Deliverables: 1. CNC Data Preparation for Fabrication Equipment •Reviews and understands the fabrication detailed drawings, machine operation and CNC program processes to ensure accuracy in the programming language and error-free CNC Data. •Prepares CNC Data and verifies them against the drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) and machine type. •Revises the CNC Data for drawing revision. •Completes the CNC Data to maintain the machine load. 2. Coorination and Special Assignment •Coordinates with drafting group for drawing and Bill of Materials (BOM) clarification and revisions. •Works on special projects and other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
