Jan 19th 2013, 11:48 Responsibilities & Authorities: • Responsible for preparing quotation in the absence of other sales persons. • Responsible for preparing Performa Invoice for exports sales if require. • Responsible for giving sales order & technical data sheet to production for initiating production. • Responsible for releasing sales order in the ERP system. • Responsible for upload information on any new customer & new product variants. • Responsible for updating the computer regarding sales order released & completion of the same. • Responsible for preparing production priority list for the management. • Responsible for intimating the customer regarding deliveries.
