Main Function:
 Working with HR Manager in Development and implementation of Human Resource Policies and Procedures
Operations:
 Plans, manages and directs the activities of the assigned sections to ensure smooth functioning and error-free work flow.
 Performs managerial functions and exercises financial authority at the level established by management.
 Manage the day to day operations within Sections by facilitating related complying with policies and procedures in order to achieve the high performance standards.
 Lead and direct the department in absence of Human Resource Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of Department activities.
 Provide guidance to all section heads to ensure smooth functioning of section activities in respective areas.
 Monitor the performance subordinates various activities within the sections and ensure that all are properly maintained as per the defined norms.
 Ensure the effectiveness of payment process in terms of in time Salary Payments, Leave Benefits, End of Service Benefits, Ticket Benefits etc… to ensure the high standard of employee satisfaction.
 Ensures the effective application of policies and procedures in areas of salary administration, benefits and allowances.
 Presides overall disciplinary reviews and grievances issues, including termination of employees to ensure that organization provides fair Working Environment.
 Investigate and report on accidents and related incidents, recommending any changes that may be necessary, to ensure that the company complies with health and safety regulations.
 Propose and coordinate with Consultants, Insurance, Pension Administrations, Labor Counsels and other outsides sources to ensure the continuous progress of related section activities.
 Actively participates upon request in projects by preparing request for proposals, vendor evaluation, cost and benefit analysis, review of progress etc until implementation.
 Ensures application of set policies and procedures in areas of government affairs activities such as maintaining legal obligations, trade license category maintenance etc….
 Assisting the Reporting Head in developing strategies by identifying position to implement Nationalization programs and work closely with departments in implementing its policy to meet the Government Quota. Develop attracting Compensation and payroll benefits to maintain and retain UAE labor force.
 Review and monitors quality of service provided by resolving service related complaints, interacting with HR team to obtain feedback to ensure that the quality of HR administration services meets the standard defined.
 Ensuring Effective Administration, Monitoring and compliance of Key Performance Indicators within the departments on a regular basis to ensure the achievement of Department Objective.
 Assisting the Reporting Head in Developing strategies and methodology to train, mentor UAE nationals to be equivalent and effective similar to the Expatriate work force and ensure it is implemented successfully.
 Carryout EXIT Interview process in order to implement the control process effectively in terms of Employee Turnover.
 Establish company safety and health programs to ensure security of employee in terms of safety and health.
Procedures and Policies:
 Oversees the development of HR plans, policies and practices that support the business plan.
Guidance and Supervision:
 Provide guidance to all section heads to ensure smooth functioning of section activities in respective areas.
 Ensures that HR department maintains employee records and documents in accordance with the legal requirements.
Planning and Budgeting:
 Establish and communicate goals for HR department in order to ensure the achievement of Department Budgeted Plan.
