Fire Fighter - Ports,Customs & Free Zone Corporation Jan 16th 2013, 03:59 Qualifications & Experience : Passed Secondary School Certificate Examination + six months in fire fighter's training at any Govt. recognized Training Institution + minimum three years of experience as regular fire fighter in operationally busy fire brigade, preferably of a major sea port or a large petrochemical /refinery complex. Physical Standard : Height - 165 cm without shoes Weight - 50 kg without shoes & helmet. Obese/appreciably overweight not acceptable Chest Normal - 80 cm Chest Expanded - 85 cm Eye sight - Normal without glasses NB: 1) Candidates with any kinds of handicaps / physical challenges / deformities will not be acceptable. 2) Only male candidates will be acceptable Preference : (i) Those having UAE driving license for driving Heavy vehicles (ii) UAE Nationals Relaxation : UAE Nationals with three months fire fighter's training and two years of experience as regular fire fighter will be acceptable. NB: Only those meeting the above requisites need to respond with CVs. Selection will be done strictly on merit basis & at the discretion of PCFC.
