About The Role:
You are an exceptional sales and customer service driven leader. You develop, train and lead your team to achieve their maximum potential.
You are a detail oriented person and have a thorough understanding of sales and stock reports, best and worst sellers, location wise quantities of stocks, price changes, inventory ageing etc.
You make sure that all the items are displayed appropriately with the correct price tickets attached. Your keen eye ensures minimal shrinkage and efficient store security.
You will be responsible for training & development of your team along with the operational aspects of minimising shrinkage, maintaining optimum stock level and report ageing and non-moving stock.
