Our client a large FMCG company with operations based in UAE, Oman and KSA is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager
Duties include, but not limited to:
• Management support - provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers, and advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection.
• Advertising - prepare job descriptions and personnel specifications, write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised, design application forms and prepare other recruitment material such as brochures. Responsible in working on more creative solutions to recruitment, especially if it is proving problematic.
• Selection - screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, psychometric tests and personality questionnaires and various group activities.
• Orientation and Training - responsible for induction and orientation for new joiners, assist line managers in training existing staff, help relocate staff to new departments;
• Redundancy - you may assist in the implementation of redundancy programmes, including voluntary redundancy and resignations
• Work with line managers within your own organization to recruit staff, as well as external agencies such as job centers and recruitment agencies.
• Stay abreast with current employment legislation, and ensure line managers are briefed on any changes where appropriate.
