Bayt Abdullah Children's Hospice is an exciting and ambitious programme as it is the first fully comprehensive children's palliative care service in the Region. BACCH will provide holistic, multidisciplinary care for children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening diseases and their families. This speciality programme aims to provide the five key dimensions in paediatric palliative care: inpatient care, daycare, respite care, home care and outreach support to hospitals. Our staff work collaboratively with paediatric and sub specialist staff throughout the Ministry of Health to ensure care provision at a national level, as well as developing an education and research programme for Kuwait.
BACCH is recruiting a Head of Care who is expected to run clinical day-to-day operations and assist in creating an environment and culture within the Team, where quality and excellence are valued.
