• Is the first point of contact within IT and provides first time fix and basic configuration setup to the customer in all elements of I.T.
• Logs incidents to other team members within IT for all issues that cannot be resolved on first point of contact.
• Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems for end-users, recommend and implement corrective solutions.
• Carry out any Software Installations.
• Follow escalation and major incident procedures
