1. Lead and develop trade channel operations to meet agreed business targets and sustain competitive advantage
2. Lead, motivate and train trade channel team members to develop their skills to handle vertical and horizontal assignments.
3. Build customer relationships with key decision makers at the customers end (KA and Catering) to establish alignment on strategies and objectives.
4. Improve the trade channel operations s by importing and adapting the latest updates on advance sales approaches (like; category management, in store solution) to establish unique competitive advantage.
5. Identify the ideal Sales Organization structure and manpower number and quality needed. Proactively recruits for all levels for his organization to ensure 100% manpower and develop Multi-functional resources from different departments to design.
6. Control and report trade channel spending of budgets / Allocations, remaining within authorized limits and deadlines to utilize these budgets in delivering trade channel objective.
7. Design and standardize the right tools (reporting system, Memos) to measure and assess business results and individual performance to identify and tackle opportunities in timely manner.
