A leading Restaurant Company based in Kuwait and with operations all over Middle East is looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager for our Saudi Operations. In this role you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Kitchen / Bakery equipments for new restaurant openings & maintenance of all the equipments. Works in collaboration with the operating staff to make sure that the equipment is safe and operates at peak conditions every time.
He must possess skills to maintain Modern Kitchen equipment used in Fine Dining, Casual Dining & QSR Restaurants / Café's.
Key Responsibilities:
• The Maintenance Manager is in charge of implementing the kitchen equipment's overall preventive maintenance programs
• Make sure that new equipments are ordered as per the specifications
• Ensure that equipments are installed, tested and commissioned within the time frame
• Regularly monitor the kitchen operations and efficiency of all machineries and equipments
• Maintain good business relations with local as well as foreign vendors & suppliers
• Maintain all equipment manuals
• Train all the staff periodically on safe handling of equipments
