Manager Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory - National Guard Health Affairs Jan 19th 2013, 08:35 Basic Function: Within the mission, vision and values of Saudi Arabian National Guard-Health Affairs, organize, supervise and coordinate the Cardiac Technology services in the Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory. • Responsible for Staff management, which includes recruitment, education, training, evaluation, development as well as preparation and delegation of work schedules and workflow. • Organize and supervise diagnostic procedures in all Non-Invasive areas. • Coordinate with the concerned departments on issues related to Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory. • Provide technical evaluation of the Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory equipment and consumables. • Ensure departmental compliance with accepted hospital safety standards and infection control policy. • Authorize repair, modification and maintenance of equipment presented to Clinical Engineering department. • Assist in the development, modification and implementation of policies and procedures in the Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory. • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental strategic plans. • Assist in reviewing, planning, managing and monitoring the departmental budget. • Participate in standing committees as required. • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management for the Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory. • Provide information to Material Management, Purchasing and Contracts with regard to Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory equipment and consumables. • Ensure maintenance of all records pertaining to the operation of the Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory and generate reports as required. • Maintain patients booking schedule and coordinate all booking related issues with concerned department. • Perform other job related duties as assigned.
