Job Description
Exel Saudi Arabia is currently looking to recruit a Claims Officer to manage, coordinate and resolve Claims & OSDR related issues and report progress of resolutions; providing effective communication, leadership in handling those matters with the customer.
General Accountabilities
•Review and validate claims with knowledge, experience, research and communication with intenal and external parties.
•Handle invalid claims in accordance with contractual clauses, and follow up with internal & external parties.
• Record and update the status of claims and gernerate reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Maintain good working relationship with customer & their vendors and co-workers.
•Perform special assignments for the company as needed.
•Identifying issues, problems & opportunities, analyses cause & effect.
•Hold effective meetings with the Material Management depts of the customer to resolve OSDR items in SAP
