Occupational Health Doctor - Nestlé NEAR Jan 14th 2013, 06:19 • Responsible for performing the first aid in absence of the doctor . • Assisting doctor during medical examination (consultation) • Dispensing medication for minor health problems from Clinic first aid medications . • Performing Minor surgical procedures as Stitches, dressing for wounds till transfer the employee to hospitals. • Taking proper actions in emergencies such as accompanying the patient to the hospitals . • Organizing clinic visit • Keeping record of medical history & updating them on every visit. • According to the doctor recommendation either transfer the employee to lab, radiology center, specialist or providing the patient with prescribed medications from contracted medical services providers. • Responsible for making the monthly report for clinic, sick leaves, files, expenses etc., • Issue pre- employment letters in coordination with HR . • Preparing sheets delivered to finance for employee reimbursement of medical expenses. • Making trips on SAP for every employee to be reimbursed for medical expenses. • Assisting employees in family medical insurance in sending & receiving faxes for any medical procedure from insurance companies . • Organize training sessions for all factory employees.
