Job Purpose:
Serves customers by selling educational products; meeting customer needs.
Principal Responsibilities
• Handling clients who are primarily government, Training Providers, Schools, and Universities…etc.
• Meeting sales targets on a month-on-month basis.
• Obtains orders and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
• Organize pre/post adoption presentations and do product training sessions, when needed to gain or support adoptions.
• Regular email & telephone contact with key contacts.
• Follow - Up : Offer full service to above market by arranging for complementary books to be sent to Trainers/Instructors/training managers, HR Managers…etc. as per their request and corporate policy, as well as supplementary materials e.g. Trainer's books, etc...
• Follow up on delivery and evaluation of sample copies in market. - Report to manager for follow up.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training workshops; reviewing professional publications.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
