Program Management Officer - SRACO Saudi Arabia Jan 16th 2013, 06:06 Follow-up on the program's status in the execution stage (risks, issues, budget, scope) in close collaboration with the PM. Follow-up on the execution of actions/activities and the adherence to decisions for the program. Assists the program manager in the practical organization of his/her program. Assists the program manager in the staffing, and resource management of the different projects under the program. Is the program manager's back-up in case of absence to follow up on running actions. Ensures consistency across the different projects for the program. Gathers program portfolio KPIs/Metrics (actuals) for the projects under the program. Assists the portfoloio manager in ad hoc portfolio management tasks.
