About Your Job:
As Analyst Performance Management, you are responsible for providing support and assistance in the implementation and management of Performance Management across the company. You will provide advice and guidance to the Line Managers on Performance Management and its use as a tool for performance appraisal and training. You will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to the Performance Management unit.
You are accountable for the communication, collection and analysis of all performance management and appraisal across the airline and its subsidiaries. At the same time, you will monitor and review the quality of Performance Appraisal and provide necessary report and feedback to the stakeholders for continuous improvement.
About You:
You should be a Bachelor's degree graduate or equivalent with minimum of 2 years job related experience. HR Certification or Diploma is preferred. You must have working knowledge and good understanding of Performance Management and has worked in the implementation and monitoring of the PMS (Performance Management System) in your current or previous role.
You must be a strong communicator and must possess a take-charge attitude, and should be able to identify company needs and lead accordingly. You must be analytical, confident, organised and able to adapt to a variety of work-related situations.
