On behalf of a leading retail client we are seeking a Non Revenue Products Procurement Managers to be based in Riyadh

The Procurement Manager plans, directs, and manages the procurement activities of office supplies and administrative equipments under direction of the shared services head. This role is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties related to purchases, contracting services, meeting quality standards and sourcing cost effective items.

• Develops and manages the procurement budget for office supplies and other administrative equipments.
• Negotiates & selects rates with vendors and contractors for all office requirements.
• Guides the procurement executive in identifying cost reduction opportunities (. best cost vendor sourcing, opportunity buying, bulk purchases etc.)
• Negotiates service level agreements with vendors and ensures compliance with the same.
• Ensures timely availability of office supplies and materials to meet employee requirements.
• Designs, reviews & approves new or improved administrative, purchasing, and clerical procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of operation.
• Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers, determines most efficient supplier based on availability, quality and cost.
• Processes and approves purchase orders for the acquisition/replenishment of routinely needed office supplies and other equipments/materials such as furniture, vehicles, etc.
• Ensures records associated with inventory tracking, ordering / re-ordering, and budget tracking are maintained as per company norms/procedures.
• Supervises and participates in the preparation of financial and administrative reports.
• Guides the procurement executive on developing new relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Develops and recommends new or improved administrative, purchasing, and clerical procedures to maintain economy and efficiency of operations. Zero stock out of essential office supplies.
• Cost reduction (for procurement). Overall vendor service - . Operational service quality, quantity, timelines & payments. Deviation from procurement budget.
