QA/QC Manager - Nesma & Partners Contracting Co., Ltd. Jan 20th 2013, 12:43 QA/QC Manager •BS in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical). * Arab National Preferred. •Post graduate qualifications in QA/QC. •Minimum 10 years experience in the construction industry, including experience on site, in a company of Nesma's size or larger •Minimum 5 years experience in the GCC (preferably in Saudi Arabia) •Manages Nesma's QA/QC Department and Projects to meet budget and other non-financial targets *Leads the establishment, updating, and implementation of Nesma's quality and safety standards and systems •Accountable for the effective planning of QA/QC, allocation of QA/QC resources accordingly, and the successful execution of QA/QC audit, and Project Quality Plans. •Develops and institutionalizes Nesma's QA/QC expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities •Manages Nesma's library including all technical references and standards •Identifies and monitors quality KPIs and devises plans and initiatives for improvement •Responsible the professional development of staff and managers reporting directly to him Skills Excellent interpersonal, organization, communications and computer skills Strong working knowledge of key construction-related functions (e.g. engineering, procurement, etc.) Fluent in English, Arabic language fluency preferred Job Details Date Posted: 2013-01-20 Job Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Job Role: Quality Control Company Industry: Construction Preferred Candidate Career Level: Management Apply Now - Jobs in Saudi Arabia - Search All Jobs
