-Proactively plan hiring strategies based on business priorities to facilitate ongoing operational efficiency.
-Source and screen resumes to provide relevant quality candidates.
-Coordinate with various project sites on their hiring requirements.
-Source new recruitment agencies and research new target locations for recruitment.
-Deal with recruitment agencies locally and oversees to bring qualified manpower.
-Organize and execute recruitment trips abroad. Oversee the mobilization process for recruited employees from visa request till arrival.
-Post advertisement and search for resumes on different job portals, source the best pool of candidates and conducts preliminary HR interviews to filter candidate base.
-Manage applications and response, providing feedback to management and candidates on interviews in a professional and timely manner.
-Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
-Assist in developing and updating job descriptions & organizational chart.
