Senior IT Project Manager - Siebel CRM - Synergy Jan 17th 2013, 08:41 Job Purpose: •To support bank's efficiency initiatives by managing the delivery of major/highly complex information/ technology projects that are part of the strategic, key technology direction within specific business functional area. This includes, project planning, resource and budget management, overall project administration and business alignment. • Project Management - Manage major CRM implementation projects / initiatives while handling multiple projects / tasks at the same time. • Customer Relationship Management domain - Profound knowledge in managing CRM & related applications, its architecture & functional aspects. Domain includes Customer 360 View, Contact Center, Online & Offline Integrations and Core-banking Systems. • Channels interacting with corporate customers including SMS Banking, Internet Banking, Token Solutions and other authentications methods. • Engages different business units and their supporting departments required for program/project including marketing, legal, Operations, IT • Work with the marketing team to devise the appropriate marketing campaign for project launch both internal and external campaigns. • Work with Legal team as and when required to devise vendor contracts or make amendments as and when required to the vendor contract • Provide regular updates on projects cost, scope and timelines to all Stakeholders for ongoing projects and initiatives. SPECIFIC SKILLS: • Experience in managing Siebel CRM implementation in a financial institution, preferably Banking Domain (ver. 8.0 or above) • Experience in managing different Business and Stake holder communication • Has Knowledge on Siebel integration with contact center application viz; AVAYA; • Knowledge on implementation of modules like Service Request, Campaign & Lead Management, 360 degree, Corporate and Commercial Banking, call reports and rollup. • Vendor management with regards to process design, development & deliveries • Familiarity with concepts on OOPS Technology, Web services, XML over HTTP, RDBMS • Proficiency on leading Technology on Databases, Application Servers, Web servers.
