Our client, a reputable cabling manufacturer is currently seeking to recruit Senior Project Engineer You will be reporting directly to the Asset Management ManagerJob PurposeTo effectively plan and execute various projects to builder works, plant, machinery and civil maintenance including design input as necessary to ensure and improve smooth running of production and office facilities Key Performance Areas Assist the Projects Engineering Manager in undertaking feasibility and preliminary design studies to establish the likely cost of various engineering and civil projects and their potential benefits. Plan and execute the moving of plant machinery and equipment to achieve optimum production in compliance with the health and safety requirements Plan and execute the receipt of new machinery and equipment to achieve increase production in compliance with the health and safety requirements Plan, mobilization and deploy manpower resources to achieve project targets on time Liaison with the contractors to ensure both timely execution of various projects and that quality of workmanship is in accordance with specified requirements. Identify the requirements of parts to allow procurement for local suppliersfabricators and procure them timely and cost effective
