• Setting all related dialysis treatment standards in cooperation with supplier, along with protocols for handling, disinfection, setting limits..etc for all dialysis products.
• Holding excellent communication skills, with cooperative team spirit.
• Bilingual, Arabic mother tongue and excellent English both written and spoken.
• Able to create & maintain company records per client with regular reporting to the unit supervisor.
• Able to follow the company policy and procedures, along with the reporting system.
• Assist the sales team in reporting any sales lead & initiative selling and keep monitoring after sales client satisfaction for assigned accounts and territories.
• Able to lead and plan with sales team the launching and demonstration campaigns.
• Able to generate and develop the new business with ability to create new accounts, potentials to achieve co. targets (Revenue & GP) and maximizing market share.
• Ability to share in setting unit strategic plans and set his own sales plans & forecast under supervision of his immediate supervisor.
• High caliber selling skills, having ambitious, enthusiastic & interpersonal skills.
• Able to plan and setting marketing campaigns, especially for product/s launch and demonstrations.
• Able to create & maintain co. records with continuous analysis specially (SWOT) with consequent market rectifying plans & future plans.
