• Design a process and procedures to evaluate current clients and assign new customers when deemed necessary.
• Expend business in new territories. Develop plan and strategy to grow business levels
• Liaise with customers to process orders and ensures delivery windows are met.
• Provide management with market trends, development and competitors activities
• Produce presentation and proposals to customers
• Build, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with all key influential clients, authorities and high value customers
• Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions

• Driving the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through "Closing the Deal"
• Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments

• Interpret data, write reports, and make actionable recommendations
• Support in product launch events, marketing campaigns and advertising programs .
• Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
• liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
• Provide training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
• Coordinate with the Senior Technical Engineer to provide detailed design of adsorption unit along with PFD, P&ID and all other technical support documents,
