Our client, a local company, is urgently looking for an experienced and high powered Business Development Manager who will be based in their Abu Dhabi operation. For this role, you will be responsible for building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.Other responsibilities will include but not limited to Planning, implementing and monitoring sales and marketing strategies and budgets after review and approval from Managing Director. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks participating in professional organizations.<br. Developing potential members database individual and corporate accounts Setting sales targets and defining the strategy to achieve these targets. Responsible to generate business Developing strategic partners and suppliers database according to company policies and procedures regional and international Attending industry events and trade shows as to obtain more business, suppliers, leads and contacts. Recommending speaking opportunities within trade shows, exhibitions regional and international Keeping on top of the industrys latest trends and developments to further enhance company's offerings and services
