Job Responsibilities :
Working closely with the businessin defining and create briefs for new projects / Changes Iin the SAP/ Business Intelligence environment Develop alternative views/ Options and future business needs to assist management in making business changes. Ensure governance on Roles and Authorizations for all Retail Users. Develop and maintain standardization of report templates. Provide first level support on all business system issues to End users. Liaise with IT Application and Infrastructure team to ensure successful UAT and seamless implementation of change/project in productions environment Conduct Periodic training on all Business systems to ensure reduction of training related incidents. Participate /Lead teams to continually look at process improvement strategies for business processes and systems. Contributing to and maintaining standards, procedures, training manuals and other relevant IT documentation.Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum of BS / BA in Computer Scienceor a related field. Minimumof 2-3 years of SAP business analyst experience 2-3 years experience analyzing problems and providing solutions Must have prior experience incapturing and writing business requirements and specifications utilizing standard templates in clear, understandable language for the appropriate audience. Prior experience supporting and implementing SAP BI/ Business Objects. Strong business process analysis skills including flowcharting, activity diagrams and workflow models Ability to run projects independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish relationships and networks with business and other IT teams.
