Coiled Tubing Service Supervisor - Oman
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for the day-to-day / long term planning of CT operations, coordination operations between Customer and BJ CT Operations personnel.
Works closely with the Country Ops Manager, and Engineering Team.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation for the personnel, equipment, and maintenance.
Coordinates all activities for the Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen services. Prepare detailed operational procedures for jobs to be executed safely and efficiently.
He will be the single point contact for all matters pertaining to CT operations.
Attend to all meetings as required by Customer and Management.
Prepare post job and post well reports. These should include recommendations on how to improve.
Ensure that we have equipment available to execute designed jobs.
Ensure that all paper work is handled in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years coiled tubing / nitrogen services experience required.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) as necessary to lead an ethnically diverse workforce comprised of both expats and nationals.
Full understanding of standard practices and HSE policies and procedures.
Full working knowledge of both the Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen service lines including equipment maintenance and operation.
Position is the first point of contact with the operations personnel.
High level of comfort and confidence in customer interactions.
