ABOUT THIS JOB
Delivering training courses about Drilling Systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Assists in the design and development of technical training courses.
· Delivers technical training courses.
· Confers with management to determine technical training needs of the organization.
· Designs, develops and updates training aids.
· Assists the training manager to plan and organize course schedules in accordance with available resources and operational needs.
· Tests course participants to measure knowledge transfer and the effectiveness of training.
· Modifies and improves courses based on feedback. Handles special projects, as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
· Experience in technical field.4+ years in open hole and cased hole
· Proven expertise in Open hole and Cased hole logging tools’ operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· Strong analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proven ability to run the product line tools and/or services in the field. Ability to read, interpret and edit technical training documents.
