About Your Job::
We are looking for Customer Services Team Leader to be based in Chongqing, China.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the Team Leader will support in providing service excellence to Qatar Airways customers through telephone, e-mail, fax, web chat or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, sell Qatar Airways products and generate revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
Your specific responsibilities includes maintaining staff roster, maintaining business continuity throughout the working hours of the contact centre, attend escalated calls to solve passenger issues and supervise shift personnel in daily operations.
About You::
You must have 3 or more years of experience in Contact Centre environment and at least 1 year in a supervisory role. You must have good knowledge of world geography. Good knowledge and working experience on DCS, AMADEUS systems is an advantage. Applicants must possess excellent English communication, interpersonal skills and proficiency in computer applications.
