Key Accountabilities:
Interact with the various groups and divisions to help institute Best Practices throughout the organization Take responsibility and ownership of the Altiris Management Platform; ensure the solution is fit for purpose and delivering all required features as purchased. Liaise with key vendors and management for support to resolve any issues Team up with the IT Technical Services Teams to develop and execute a technical plan and provide technical leadership to the various groups to devise and validate solution strategies for their business problems or requirements Document and communicate Alghanim Industries Desktop strategy, technology vision, technology trends, industry trends to the various groups Handle various groups and divisions, gather information and analyze their requirements Provide desktop 3rd level support, build, test and implement system images based on company policy and security requirements Communicate Alghanim Industries requirements to relevant partners Take ownership, lead and establish a Hardware fix and deployment function that will enable the Altiris Platform benefits of ROI realized
