Key Responsibilities:
* Identify dealership opportunities in the designated territory.* Present product range and close business opportunities.* Articulate new product/ market development opportunities to the Head Office and continue liaison until product launch;* Understand and interpret customer requirements. Provide appropriate solutions within the product portfolio;* Establish strong relationships with distribution partners to maximise breadth of distribution;* Work in close cooperation with our clients operations, marketing, training and clinical personnel to support the needs of international customers;* Receive and process customer complaints and claims, register with Head Office and provide appropriate closure;* Generate MIS reports reflecting business parameters as agreed with the management;* Collect and report Market Intelligence to Head of Exports.
