Full Time position in Oman
ROLE SYNOPSIS
Goal driven person needed to develop new business and maintain existing Drill Bit business with operators active in OMAN.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Managing small accounts, developing account plans, sales calls at the office level focusing on drilling managers and engineers.
· Develop and maintains customer relationships with accounts.
· Supporting other Managers in addition to calling on rig sites.
· Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies for a specified geographic area, business unit or product line.
· Assist with the development of short and long range sales goals.
· Handle special projects as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· 6+ years industry experience in related Field Sales.
· Extensive Drill Bit product knowledge.
DESIRED/PREFERRED SKILLS
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Arabic
· Good selling skills
· Ability to build strong relationships, troubleshoot and solution delivery
· Comprehensive knowledge of company products and services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market
