- Headcount Planning
- Manage recruitment, promotion and transfer processes for all positions
- Ensure the compliance of personnel administration practices with the Labor Law, related law and regulations
- Manage salary increases, promotions, incentives
- Execute Target setting and performance evaluation processes
- Implementation of HR policy and procedures in line with CCI
- Manage administrative issues like cleaning, security etc.
- Inspect the compliance of all contractors with the law
- Manage the processes related to Occupational Health and Safety; inspect compliance with laws and regulations
