- Supervise the planning and implementation of the project
- Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Coordinates project tasks and resource requirements
- Assists development of full scale project plans
- Assembles and coordinates project team comprising both internal resources and external staff, manages resource allocation
- Supervises project budget
- Supervises project schedule to meet business requirements
- Track project budget, schedule and deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provides direction, mentoring and support to local project team
- Ensures that project meets quality assurance, legal and regulatory requirements
- Reports regularly on status of the project to project steering committee and stakeholders, including reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Recommends project changes, change control and other interventions to achieve all required project outputs
- Helps conducting intermediate and post project evaluations and assessment of results. Ensures that results and lessons learned are captured in a close-out report and cascaded in CCI Engineering system
- Validates that all capital project metrics are in place and being reported properly.
- Liaises with other supply chain and technical managers including quality, EOSH and logistics to ensure that assigned capital projects meet agreed business needs in the most cost effective way.
